Relink Shop
To Relink follow steps 1-5 and if necessary the steps outlined in trouble shooting to relink your store.
Printaura is a white label service. You've probably seen this term thrown around before, but might not know what it actually means. White Label simply means that we do not brand the products we print on. We know that the designs are yours, and the customers are yours. We want to give our members the credit they deserve, and the opportunity to add branding of their own. You will never see a Printaura logo or branding of any kind on your items.
Since our products are shipped to your customers without any branding, it's a perfect opportunity for you to put your own branding onto your products. We offer lots of different branding options to help make sure your products are recognizable as being YOURS. If you go into any retail store, you will notice most garments will at least have a branded tag hanging from the item and a branded neck label of some sortl. Brands do this because it helps with brand recognition and allows the customer to have a point of reference after buying the item. If the customer enjoys the item, it's easier for them to look up the brand later and see what else they have to offer.
We offer many branding services free of charge. For instance, we always offer branded packing slips that accompany all of your orders. We also offer customer shipping return labels at no cost.We also offer other branding services at a small fee per item. So, what are some other ways you can expanding your brand using Printauras services?
Hang tags are a great way to add your branding to any item. You can keep it simple, or get creative with it. You create your neck labels, ship them to us, and we attach the label onto your products before they are shipped out. Check out our article with 12 Inspiring Hang Tag Ideas! We also have an article on the Anatomy of a Tang tag if you are curious about what typically appears on a hang tag.
Example Here's an example of a very well branded hang tag.

The garments we print your designs on are from other brands like Hanes, Royal Apparel, Bella + Canvas, and others. All of these brands put their own neck labels on their garments. If requested, we can remove these branded labels before your items are shipped out to your customers.
If you've removed the neck label from your product, you should definitely consider adding your own! While we don't sew new neck labels onto shirts, we can apply heat transfer labels to your products. I personally prefer heat transfers to classic neck labels because they are so much more comfortable to wear. There are lots of places that will print out heat transfer for you. All you have to do is get them made, ship them to us, and we take...
]]>A great product description shows that the people behind the brand are knowledgeable on what they’re selling and know how to present a great idea. You may think that there isn’t anything exciting to say about your product, but that’s where you’re wrong. Even tube socks can sound interesting…
If you’ve ever wanted a pair of socks that say “tourist”, these are it. Nothing comes between you and your sneakers. Except for these. Worn by Dad, Made Cool by Michael Jordan Cushioning your heels since 1973...via eCommercefuel
With the right words even the most mundane can be interesting. In this article we are going to walk you through a few simple steps that will help you get to the great description that your product deserves.
When writing your product description, your goal is convincing your target customers that your brand is exactly what they’re looking for and then telling them why. Are your customers hipster 20 somethings or maybe they are nerdy comic book enthusiast males aged 30-40? When narrowing down your target audience think about age groups, gender, marital status, hobbies and interests etc., e.g. females with children aged 20-30. Once you know your target audience you can tailor your verbiage to appeal to that audience.
By presenting your customer with the information that they need you can reduce costly product returns/exchanges and reduce service inquiries with questions about your product. Here’s a few things you should ask yourself while defining your product:
Start writing down your answers to the these questions and also anything else that comes to mind during your brainstorm. Your customer won’t see this, so don’t be afraid to write down everything that comes up, however crazy or silly. Brainstorming helps to get the creative juices flowing and makes writing more fun.
Once you know who your target audience is and have planned your content, writing a first draft becomes much easier. Begin writing your description by translating the features of your product into benefits. A feature is a fact about your product, while a benefit is an explanation of what that feature does for your customer. A benefit can be phrased as a positive (e.g., durable fabric) or as a problem that’s avoided or reduced (e.g., colors won’t fade). Think about the target audience that you defined in the beginning. Keep your audience in mind as you write your description and set your...

Some platforms will take a percentage of your sales, and some charge flat rates. Some platforms allow a lot of design freedom, and some are confined. ]]>Let's talk about sizing artwork for print. We have been getting more and more improperly sized files lately. Sometimes our artwork team has time to resize them for our members, and sometimes they don't. In truth, they are not supposed to be editing people's artwork at all, they just do it out of kindness! However, with the amount of improperly sized files growing every day, our team is spending more and more of their day editing member files that are technically required to be submitted 100% ready to print. While they love to help, it's becoming a problem!
We know sizing can be confusing sometimes. With so many items, each with a different sizing requirement, it's hard to keep the artwork requirements straight. We know it can seem overwhelming, so we have created a guide to help you guys get the sizes of your artwork correct every time! There are a few ways you can do this! They all start with visiting our products page.
First things first, you will need to go to the product page of the item you are adding to your shop. Let's use cell phone cases as an example.
Click on the image requirements tab! This is the place where you can find all the artwork requirements for each individual item.
Now that you've made it to the image requirements page, everything you need to know is right in front of you. Let's say the item you have chosen to add is the iPhone 6 snap case. Most of our products have two different options for image requirements. You can either:
A) Download a Preset Template
We have created reset templates for most of our items. The templates come pre-sized in the correct color profile and everything! All you have to do is download them and fit your artwork to them!
B) Create Your Own Template
We also provide the actual image requirements for each of our products. If you prefer, you can set up your own work space using the requirements provided.
After you've sized your artwork properly and saved it as the correct file type, you're done! That's all you need to do!
We know sizing for t-shirts is a bit of a different situation. There is no "one size" for the t-shirts, only a maximum size limit. We print out the artwork files onto t-shirts (and all our other items) in the size they are submitted. Sometimes people submit images that over 30 inches wide, and that just wont fit on the front a t-shirt!
Regular: 12 inches x 16 inches Oversized: 14 inches x 18 inches
If you think about it, it makes perfect sense! Someone can want a giant print that takes up a large amount of the shirt, or someone could just want a...

6 Ways to Boost Holiday Sales 9 Ways to Promote Your T-Shirt Brand How To Promote Your Products Through Social Influencers
Partnering up with fashion or lifestyle bloggers, established instagrammers, and popular youtubers can be a great way to promote your brand and your products. A lot of the time you can get your products out there in front of thousands of people for the price of a t-shirt and shipping. You also receive the endorsement of an opinion leader with influence over their followers / subscribers.
The way you do this is simple! You find someone with a large following who embodies your style and your brand. You then offer them free product in exchange for wearing or featuring the product on their blog, instagram feed, or youtube channel. It’s a win-win!
Identify the creators that you feel your brand and style align with. You should be into their style, and they should look like they would dig your products.
You also need to make sure that they have a sizable following to make partnering up worth your while. You can do this by looking at:
After you’ve found some people you want to reach out to, find a way to contact them and start laying out your message. You will want to be both friendly and professional. Have a few items selected that you think they would love.
Introduce yourself and your brand
Explain why you enjoy their blog / instagram feed / youtube channel
Ask if they would interested in featuring one of your designs in a post / photo / video
Either show them the items you think would be a good fit, or let them choose an item from your store
Tell them they are free to keep the item after they feature it
Thank them and let them know how to best get in touch with you
If you come to a point where you have established a good relationship and trust with the person you are working with, think about doing a collaboration.
Design a product or line of products specifically for them and their following. Work out an agreeable profit split, and let them promote the products available exclusively in your store!
]]>A mockup is an image that represents a final product. It is a combination of a product image and artwork, put together to present the finished product as a whole.
Mockups can be used in a variety of settings:
We look at the mockups you submit to figure out where you want your design placed on your t-shirt. Contrary to popular belief, we don’t look at mockups for image sizing. Keeping your artwork a similar size to the actual size of your image helps with accurate placing, but we will not re-size your artwork based on your mockup.
Did you know you don’t have to use our mockup tool to create a mockup? We created the mockup tool to make uploading images and mockups as easy as possible. If our mockup tool is down or you just want to take matters into your own hands, you can easily create one of your own!
Head on over to our mockups page. If you have a different mockup you enjoy using that is a similar style to shirt you have chosen, feel free to use that instead! Find the template(s) that most closely resemble the shirt(s) you have chosen to sell your design on, and download the mockup file.
Open the mockup file in photoshop. Our mockup files typically come with different color options, and different model options. If you would like to use a color other than white, you can deselect the visibility of the white t-shirt layer. You can then find the color you want and select the visibility of that layer.
You can active and deactivate the visibility of a layer by clicking on the little eyeball. If the eyeball is showing, it means the layer is visible. If there is no eyeball, it means the layer is currently invisible.
Paste your artwork into the template and place it where you want your design printed. Make sure to keep it within the print area guidelines provided.
Deselect the visibility of the guideline layers and save the file as a .jpeg or .png.
You can now upload the mockup to my images on the Printaura website and you’re done!
If you have any other questions about creating mockups, or would like to see a video of how to do this, let us know in the comments down below! If you are looking for mockups for other products, check out our product pages for more mockup images. Here is an example of how to create a pillow mockup!
